Ecommerce platform for Indian sellers
Built for the way Indian sellers actually sell.
UPI and cash on delivery, WhatsApp and Instagram, GST invoices, pincode-based shipping and support in your language. BizzPocket treats Indian commerce as the core product, not a localisation layer, so you can grow your own brand instead of renting space on a marketplace.

01Why it fits
Why BizzPocket fits Indian sellers.
Many global store builders can create an online shop. The harder question is whether the platform truly fits Indian commerce: mobile-first buyers, local payment habits and merchants who want their own brand.
- 01
UPI, cards and wallets
Accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay or Cashfree. Settlements go to your own bank account.
- 02
Cash on delivery
Switch COD on per store. Courier partners collect the cash at the door and remit it to you on their settlement cycle.
- 03
GST-ready invoices
Sell with or without a GSTIN. Every order gets an invoice with the right tax breakdown, ready for your accountant.
- 04
WhatsApp and Instagram selling
Share products and checkout links straight into chats, status and reels. Orders land in your dashboard, not a chat thread.
- 05
Pan-India shipping by pincode
Book pickups with Shiprocket, Delhivery and other couriers from the order screen. Rates are calculated by pincode at checkout.
- 06
Support in your language
Email, phone and WhatsApp support in Hindi, Gujarati and English, plus video tutorials in all three, from a team based in Surat.
- 07
Your own domain and brand

02In practice
Why BizzPocket fits this market.
BizzPocket is designed for merchants who want their own domain, their own catalogue and direct customer ownership. That matters when you are scaling a D2C brand, a boutique, a saree store, a beauty business, a gifts business or a WhatsApp-led store, because a marketplace listing gives you none of those.
Instead of treating Indian commerce as a localisation layer, BizzPocket positions it as the core use case. Payments, couriers, invoices and support are built around what buyers in India expect at checkout, which is an important difference when you compare platforms.
Marketplaces take a commission on every order and keep the customer relationship; global builders are priced in dollars and treat UPI, cash on delivery and GST as add-ons. BizzPocket is the third option: a store you own, priced in rupees, with the Indian pieces wired in from the first day.
What we built around
- UPI and COD are central to the buying journey for most Indian stores
- WhatsApp and Instagram are where products get discovered and reordered
- Small teams need fast setup and low operational complexity
- Owning the store and the customer matters when moving beyond marketplaces
- Prices, invoices and support should be in the seller's own language and currency
03Themes
Nine themes for Indian product categories.
Sarees, jewellery, sweets, grocery, toys, furniture and more: each theme is designed around how that category is browsed on a phone. Pick one, add your logo and colours, and go live.
04How it works
How Indian sellers use BizzPocket.

05Questions
Questions sellers ask us.
Straight answers on payments, GST, shipping and moving over from chats or marketplaces.
Is BizzPocket an Indian company?
Yes. BizzPocket is built and supported by BizzPocket Technologies Private Limited in Surat, Gujarat. Prices are in rupees and support is available in Hindi, Gujarati and English.
What payment methods can my buyers use?
UPI through any app, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets via Razorpay or Cashfree, plus cash on delivery collected by the courier. Online payments settle to your own bank account.
Do I need GST to sell online in India?
No. You can start without a GSTIN and add it when your turnover crosses the registration threshold. BizzPocket generates invoices for both GST and non-GST sellers.
How is this different from selling on a marketplace?
Marketplaces charge a commission on every sale and keep the customer relationship. On BizzPocket the store, the customer list and the brand are yours, and you pay a plan price in rupees. Plan prices and any fees are listed on the pricing page.
Can I sell across all of India?
Yes. Book pickups with integrated couriers such as Shiprocket and Delhivery from the order screen. Rates are calculated by pincode at checkout, and cash on delivery availability depends on the courier's serviceability for that pincode.
