About BizzPocket
An online store platform built in Surat, for every Indian seller.
BizzPocket is made by BizzPocket Technologies Private Limited in Surat, Gujarat. We build the store we wished the traders around us had: priced in rupees, with Indian payments, couriers and tax invoices wired in, and support from people who speak the seller's language.
01Why we built it
Two bad options, and a third one.
Surat is a city of textile traders, diamond workshops and family businesses that have sold on trust for generations. Most of them still take orders on WhatsApp and settle in UPI, and most of them want their own brand, not a stall in someone else's bazaar.
When those businesses try to sell online, they get two options. A marketplace charges a commission on every order, keeps the customer relationship and lists a competitor next to every product. A global store builder is priced in dollars and treats UPI, cash on delivery and GST as afterthoughts to be bolted on with plugins.
BizzPocket is the third option: a store the seller owns, priced in rupees, with Indian payment methods, couriers and tax invoices built in from the first day, and support in Hindi, Gujarati and English from people who understand how a saree or jewellery seller actually works.
02What we built
The Indian pieces, wired in.
Not a localisation layer on top of a foreign product. Each of these is part of the core platform and included from the free plan up.

Indian payments first
UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay or Cashfree, settling to the seller's own bank account.

Cash on delivery
Switched on per store, collected by the courier at the door and remitted on the courier's settlement cycle.

GST-ready invoices
Sellers can start without a GSTIN and add it later. Every order gets an invoice with the right tax lines.

WhatsApp and Instagram selling
One store link for chats, status, bios and reels, with orders landing in a dashboard instead of a thread.

Couriers by pincode
Pickups booked from the order screen with Shiprocket, Delhivery and other partners; rates calculated at checkout.

A store the seller owns
Free bizzpocket.com subdomain to start, then the seller's own domain with SSL. Products, orders and customers stay theirs.

Honest pricing, in rupees
Plans are priced in rupees, and the refund terms are written down: 7 days on a first paid month, 14 days on annual plans. No invented discounts, no fake urgency.
Your customers stay yours
Every order, address and customer record belongs to the seller's store, and can be exported at any time. We never sell that data or put a competitor's ad next to your product.
Phones first
Most buyers in India shop on a phone, and most sellers run their business from one. Themes, checkout and the dashboard are designed for a thumb before a mouse.
Real people on support
Email, phone and WhatsApp support in Hindi, Gujarati and English, plus video tutorials in all three languages, from people who know how a saree or jewellery seller works.
