Is there a free ecommerce website builder in India?
Yes. BizzPocket is free to build: you sign up, build your store and list products without paying anything, then pay a ₹1 one-time verification by UPI before the store goes live. The ₹1 confirms a real seller runs each store and is never auto-debited. Once you sell on Starter, BizzPocket takes a 2% platform fee per order, and your payment gateway charges its own fee on online payments. Other builders with no plan fee charge per order too: Instamojo's Lite plan takes 5% + ₹3 from each order, and Dukaan's entry plan (named Free) charges a 4.99% service fee per order.
How much does an ecommerce website cost in India?

Can I create an ecommerce website without coding?
Yes. You choose a theme, add your logo and products, and connect payments and shipping from the seller dashboard. Colours, fonts, homepage sections and announcement bars are edited in the dashboard, with no code.
Can I use my own domain name?
Every store starts on a free yourstore.bizzpocket.com subdomain. The Growth and Scale plans let you connect a domain you already own, and SSL is set up for you.
Do I need GST registration to start an online store?
Not always. You can open a BizzPocket store without a GSTIN and add it later; invoices are generated either way. Registration becomes mandatory once your turnover crosses the threshold or if you ship goods to buyers in another state. Our GST guide for online sellers explains when it applies.
Which payment methods can my buyers use?
UPI from any app, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through your own Razorpay or Cashfree account, plus cash on delivery collected by the courier. You can limit COD to certain pincodes or order values.
I already sell on Shopify. Can I move my store?
