Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bizzpocket operates as an e-commerce infrastructure provider ("SaaS Platform"). This Refund & Cancellation Policy differentiates between cancellations of Bizzpocket subscription services by Merchants and refunds for physical goods purchased by Buyers from Bizzpocket-powered storefronts.

1. SaaS Subscriptions (For Merchants)

The following terms apply when a Merchant subscribes to Bizzpocket's premium features:

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your Bizzpocket subscription at any time via the billing section of your seller dashboard. Cancellation will stop future recurring billing.
  • No Pro-Rated Refunds: Unless specifically required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, you will retain access to the platform until the billing cycle concludes, but no pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused time.
  • Trial Periods: If you signed up during a free trial period, you must cancel before the trial expires to avoid being charged.

2. Purchases from Merchant Storefronts (For Buyers)

If you are a Buyer who made a purchase from an independent storefront powered by Bizzpocket:

  • Independent Merchant Policies: Each Merchant operates independently and sets their own return, refund, and cancellation policies.
  • Not Sold by Bizzpocket: Bizzpocket acts only as the technology provider processing the transaction (e.g., via Razorpay integration). We are not the retailer and do not hold funds in escrow.
  • Requesting a Refund: All refund requests, return authorizations, and cancellations must be directed to the specific Merchant from whom you purchased the goods. Bizzpocket cannot process, authorize, or issue refunds on behalf of its Merchants.

3. Payment Gateway Processing

When a refund is successfully initiated by a Merchant through the Bizzpocket dashboard, the connected payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay) processes the return of funds to the Buyer's original payment method. The timeline for the funds to reflect in the Buyer's account depends entirely on the payment gateway and the Buyer's bank (typically 5-7 business days).

4. Disputed Transactions & Chargebacks

Bizzpocket is not responsible for resolving chargeback disputes or investigating fraudulent buyer claims. These matters are handled directly between the Merchant, the Buyer, and the Merchant's connected payment gateway.
