What's included in every plan

Every BizzPocket plan — including the free one — comes with a free SSL certificate, a free bizzpocket.com subdomain, UPI and Cash on Delivery checkout, WhatsApp store sharing, and shipping to 29,000+ pincodes. Paid plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Pricing questions, answered

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. The free plan has no time limit and no card requirement. You get a live store with UPI and COD checkout, and a small transaction fee applies on orders. Upgrade only when you need a custom domain, team members, or advanced features.

What does "Team members" mean?

Team members are additional staff logins with their own access to your store dashboard. "Owner only" means the plan includes the owner account without extra staff seats — you can still run the whole store yourself and upgrade when your team grows.

Do you support international payments and currency conversion?

BizzPocket is built for selling within India: prices are in INR and checkout supports UPI, cards, net banking, and COD through Indian payment gateways. International cards may work where your payment gateway (such as Razorpay) has them enabled for your account, but currency conversion and settlement rules are set by the gateway and your bank, not by BizzPocket. If most of your buyers are outside India, contact us before choosing a plan.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. You pay the listed subscription price plus the transaction fee shown for your plan. Payment gateway charges (typically around 2% by providers like Razorpay) are billed by the gateway itself, the same as on any platform.
