What does the platform fee on orders mean?
Some plans charge a small percentage of each order's value, shown on the plan card as the platform fee. It is BizzPocket's only per-order charge and it is separate from what your payment gateway charges. Plans that list 0% have no per-order fee at all.
Is GST charged on plan prices?
Plan prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable GST, charged as required by law. Every payment comes with an invoice that shows the tax, which you can hand to your accountant.
Who charges the payment gateway fee?
Online payments run through your own Razorpay or Cashfree account, so gateway fees are set and billed by the gateway, not by BizzPocket. Settlements go straight from the gateway to your bank. Cash on delivery has no gateway fee; the courier collects the cash and remits it to you.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The Starter plan is ₹0 a month with no time limit and no card needed. You get a live store with UPI and cash-on-delivery checkout, GST invoices and WhatsApp sharing; only the platform fee shown on the card applies to orders. Upgrade when you need a custom domain, staff accounts or abandoned-cart recovery.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can move between plans from your seller dashboard. A downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and no credits are issued for the difference during the current cycle. If a paid plan is not right for you, first-time monthly subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment, and annual plans within 14 days provided the store has not been substantively used. Can I use my own domain name?
Every store starts on a free yourstore.bizzpocket.com subdomain. On plans that include a custom domain you can connect a domain you already own, and SSL is set up for you.
How do I cancel?
Cancel at any time from the billing section of your seller dashboard or by writing to support. You keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the store moves to the free plan with your products, orders and customers intact.
