Bizzpocket is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing e-commerce storefront infrastructure to independent businesses ("Merchants"). This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the delivery processes for our SaaS products and the role of Bizzpocket in the delivery of physical goods ordered from Merchants.
1. Delivery of SaaS Subscriptions (Merchants)
When you purchase a subscription plan or digital add-on for the Bizzpocket platform:
- Digital Delivery: The service is activated and delivered digitally and instantly upon successful payment.
- Account Access: You will receive an email confirmation and immediate access to the premium features via your seller dashboard.
- No Physical Shipping: As a software provider, Bizzpocket does not physically ship any products to Merchants for subscription purchases.
2. Shipping of Physical Goods (Buyers)
If you are a Buyer purchasing physical goods from a storefront powered by Bizzpocket:
- Merchant Responsibility: Bizzpocket does not inventory, pack, or ship products. The Merchant operating the specific storefront is solely responsible for fulfilling and shipping your order.
- Logistics Partners: Merchants may utilize our integrated logistics partners (e.g., Shiprocket) to manage shipments. While Bizzpocket facilitates this technical integration, the actual shipping contract exists between the Merchant and the logistics provider.
- Shipping Timelines & Costs: Shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and fulfillment policies are determined entirely by the individual Merchant. Please review the specific shipping policy on the Merchant's storefront before placing your order.
3. Order Tracking (Buyers)
Tracking information (AWB/tracking link) will be provided by the Merchant once the order is dispatched. You may receive automated tracking updates via email or SMS (such as through MSG91) depending on the Merchant's configured settings within the Bizzpocket platform.
4. Shipping Disputes
Any disputes regarding delayed shipments, lost packages, or damaged goods must be resolved directly between the Buyer and the Merchant. Bizzpocket assumes no liability for the fulfillment or delivery of physical goods purchased through Merchant storefronts.
