Welcome to Bizzpocket. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bizzpocket platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Services

Bizzpocket is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables merchants ("Merchants") to build, host, and manage their own online e-commerce storefronts. We provide the technical infrastructure to display products, process orders, and integrate with third-party logistics and payment systems.

2. Account Creation & Eligibility

To use Bizzpocket, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law. When registering, you must provide accurate business and contact information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials (e.g., OTPs, passwords).

3. Merchant Responsibilities

As a Merchant using Bizzpocket, you expressly agree that:

• You are the Seller: Bizzpocket is merely a technology provider. You are the actual seller of the goods or services on your storefront.
• Lawful Goods: You will not sell prohibited, illegal, counterfeited, or restricted items under Indian law.
• Customer Support: You are solely responsible for handling buyer complaints, returns, refunds, and customer service.
• Taxation: You are entirely responsible for the collection and remittance of all applicable taxes (including GST) to the relevant authorities.

4. Bizzpocket's Role

Bizzpocket does not manufacture, store, inspect, or ship any items sold through our platform. We make no warranties regarding the quality, safety, or legality of the products offered by Merchants. Bizzpocket is not a party to any transaction between a Merchant and a Buyer.

5. Payments and Fees

Merchants agree to pay the applicable subscription fees for using the Bizzpocket platform. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon giving notice. Payment processing for your storefront is handled by third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay), subject to their respective terms and transaction fees.

6. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably suspect that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or sold prohibited items.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizzpocket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or any disputes between Merchants and Buyers.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
