Yes. The Starter plan is ₹0 per month and includes your store, product listings, UPI and cash on delivery checkout, and basic analytics. Paid plans add things like a custom domain, more staff accounts and abandoned-cart recovery. There is no credit card needed to sign up.

No. You can start without a GSTIN and add it later; the threshold for mandatory registration is ₹20 lakh turnover (₹10 lakh in special-category states) for most goods. BizzPocket generates invoices for both GST and non-GST sellers.

UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm and every other UPI app), debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery. Online payments run through Razorpay or Cashfree using your own gateway account, so settlements go straight to your bank.

Turn COD on in your store settings. When a buyer chooses COD, the courier collects the cash at delivery and remits it to you on the courier partner's settlement cycle. You can limit COD to certain pincodes or order values.

Book pickups from the order screen with integrated couriers such as Shiprocket and Delhivery, or add your own courier. Shipping rates are calculated by pincode at checkout, and tracking updates flow back to the order.

Yes. Every store starts on a free yourstore.bizzpocket.com subdomain. On plans that include a custom domain you can connect a domain you already own, and SSL is set up for you.

No. Choose a theme, add your logo and colours, upload products and set prices from the dashboard. If you get stuck, our support team helps in Hindi, Gujarati and English, and there are video tutorials in all three languages.

Yes. Connect your Shopify store during sign-up to import products, or upload a product spreadsheet. Instagram and WhatsApp keep working as sales channels; you just link buyers to your BizzPocket store to check out.

Most sellers start by sharing their store link with existing WhatsApp contacts, Instagram followers and repeat buyers. Your store pages are built to rank on Google, and you keep every customer's details for coupons and repeat orders.

First-time monthly subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment. Annual plans can be refunded within 14 days if the store has not been substantively used. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period.

BizzPocket is built for selling within India: prices are in rupees and checkout uses Indian payment methods. International cards may work if your payment gateway account has them enabled; conversion rates and cross-border fees are set by the gateway and bank, not by BizzPocket.
