Shopify's third-party transaction fee applies "when you use a third-party payment provider (instead of Shopify Payments)", in the words of its pricing FAQ. Its India pricing page does not offer Shopify Payments as an option, so plan on paying it with Razorpay, Cashfree or similar.

What the example shows:
- At ₹1 lakh a month, BizzPocket Growth costs about ₹2,000 less each month than Shopify Basic on monthly billing, roughly ₹24,000 a year, and includes a custom domain, staff accounts and abandoned-cart recovery.
- The fee is what decides it as you grow. At ₹3 lakh a month, Shopify Basic's 2% is ₹6,000, while BizzPocket Scale's platform fee is ₹0.
- COD changes the picture further. On BizzPocket, cash-on-delivery orders carry no gateway fee, only your plan's platform fee.

Shopify: UPI and cards come through the third-party gateway you install.
